4.3 Own Funds. 4.5 No Credit Facility. kishph does not offer credit to players. You may only wager using funds that are present in your kishph account balance at the time of placing a bet. kishph will not be responsible for any overdraft, debt, or financial obligation incurred by a player through any third-party payment service used to fund their kishph account.
5.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players whose accounts have completed KYC verification. Pending verification, kishph reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests until identity confirmation is complete.
5.2 Withdrawal to Own Accounts. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment account or bank account registered in the same name as the kishph account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will not be processed.

5.4 Bonus Wagering Completion. Where a player's account balance contains funds derived from a bonus that has not yet satisfied its applicable wagering requirement, those bonus-derived funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fulfilled in accordance with the relevant promotion terms.
5.5 Right to Review. kishph reserves the right to perform additional security and fraud checks on any withdrawal request before processing. If a withdrawal is flagged for review, kishph will notify the player and specify the documentation required to proceed.
6.1 Promotional Terms. All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and other promotions made available on kishph are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable promotional terms in addition to these general Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered using eligible games before a withdrawal can be processed.
6.3 Game Contribution Rates. Different game categories on kishph contribute at different rates toward the fulfillment of wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at 100%. 6.4 Bonus Abuse. kishph actively monitors bonus usage patterns. Strategies that kishph determines in its reasonable discretion to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus conditions — may result in the voiding of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account review.
6.5 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless otherwise specified, each player is entitled to claim each promoted offer once only. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using the same or different accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Note on Loyalty Points: Points accumulated through the kishph Loyalty Program are governed by the specific terms of the Loyalty Program. Those terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference and are binding on all participants.
7.1 Game Outcomes. All kishph games — including slots, live casino, Tongits Go, bingo, and sports betting — produce outcomes determined by certified random number generators or by real-world events as applicable. kishph does not manipulate game outcomes and is not responsible for the outcome of any wager.
7.2 Incomplete Games. In the event that a game round is interrupted due to a technical failure before completion, kishph will make reasonable efforts to determine the outcome based on the game state at the time of interruption. 11.2 kishph's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their kishph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 kishph does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party service failures may affect platform availability. kishph will take reasonable steps to restore Services promptly but provides no guarantee of uninterrupted access.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kishph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 kishph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
